Jason Richards, Co-Founder
Jason is a British/Swiss go-getter who tried his first cigar aged 16, which was only a Hamlet due to the constant UK advertising. His palate has soared ever since, with a wide range of large Cuban cigars tickling his fancy ranging from the hearty Sancho Panza Sanchos to the more mellow H.Upmann Sir Winston. With Partagas, Punch and Romeo y Julieta his first favourites, for years he was reluctant to venture outside his comfort zone. Now that he’s wiser, Bolivar, Cohiba and Cuaba are among his prized possessions in his 1,000-cigar humidor that houses a wide range of limited edition Cubans. His overwhelming favourite is the amazingly powerful Cohiba Talisman.

Neil-Monticelli Harley-Rüdd, Co-Founder
Monticelli is a much-travelled entrepreneur whose first cigar was savoured in his mid-20s to combat pain, instead of traditional medicine, following major surgery. He soon became a huge fan of the elegant slow-burning trio of Montecristo A, Partagas Lusitanias and Romeo y Julieta Churchills before visiting Havana. By always being offered local rates, which is probably due to his late grandfather’s family deriving from Cuba and his naturally yellowy/orange-ish complexion, he has tasted most brands. Nowadays he enjoys an eclectic mix of Cuban cigars, although his first favourite remains the Trinidad Topes LE 2016.
