Partagas Cedros Set to Reach Switzerland

Cuban cigars commemorating the Chinese lunar new year, already available in the Asia Pacific and United Kingdom, will be released in Switzerland on 21 October.

The limited edition Partagas Cedros are the sixth Cuban cigar to celebrate this. They follow the Cohiba Siglo de Oro (year of the rabbit), Hoyo de Monterrey Primaveras (ox), H. Upmann Magnum 52 (tiger), Montecristo Brillantes (dragon) and Romeo y Julieta Maravillas 8 (rat).
With 2025 the year of the snake, Partagas was selected by Habanos S.A. to produce their commemorative Cedros. Each cigar measures 5 3/8 inches by 50 ring gauge, and are known as Dignos in Cuban cigar factories.

Packaged in glossy boxes boasting a snakeskin-textured exterior and a cobra to reflect the serpentine motif, each Cedros has a traditional Partagas band and a footband in gold and red with a coiled cobra in a golden circle.

All 18,888 boxes include an NFC chip affixed to the inner lid, with availability from La Casa del Habano franchise shops (21 October) and official Habanos Specialist retailers (28 October) in Switzerland at a suggested retail price of 64 Swiss francs each (US$80) or 1,152 Swiss francs per box of 18 (US$$1,435).
