The Diplomaticos Genios Regional Edition Phoenicia was presented at the XXVth Festival del Habano today, prior to its release in Africa and the Middle East.

Diplomaticos Genios, a regional edition, is a grand robusto measuring 130mm with a ring gauge of 52. It comes in cabinet boxes of 50 cigars, with only 4,000 boxes released.

The Phoenicia zone encompasses Africa, Cyprus, Greece and the Middle East. The Genios vitola, first introduced in 2007, marks the year Phoenicia Cyprus began its independent operations.

The launch, held at the Packard Hotel in Havana, included in attendance Habanos co-presidents Maritza Carrillo Gonzalez and Luis Sanchez-Harguindey.
